day 616 – pin ups

image

this meeting is no joke. the boardroom is cluttered with images and diagrams pinned up on the walls ready for our visioning session. wednesday always seems so hard to get through, although which days aren’t long for me nowadays?? my legs are sore so i am just watching the clock tick away and looking forward to heading home and hopefully do things that lets me stay off my feet

day 597 – model moment

image

before anyone can even see what had happened, the few thousand dollar surrey civic plaza model tipped over the edge of the table top and came crashing down onto the ground. it’s now shattered into hundreds of pieces and if anyone thinks it can be glued back together to look like the original, they must be high on something. now that i’ve captured the chaos, i shall clean up this mess

day 497 – poinsettia

image

what’s with these red and greens coming into the office today? that’s when you know christmas holidays is just around the corner because december tends to be a very quick month and christmas rushes upon us. bringing in the poinsettia to fill the space with more red and greens to make it more vibrant and brighten the pale white walls. i am not a fan of these things because it requires cleaning up after dead and dried leaves

day 457 – halloween contest

image

my masterpiece for pumpkin carving contest that won my team second place award. it wasn’t perfect by all means but found ways to cover up the little mistakes along the way. it certainly didn’t turn out exactly how i drew it up but still proud of the final product. we were expecting much of of this because we were worried that the design was too simple, but sometimes less is more

day 418 – mine

these spiffy cards came into the office today. just holding them and looking at them makes me feel a bit better from a sleep deprived and exhausting weekend. it doesn’t make it any better knowing its only the beginning another week and the trek starts all over again. nothing really changes with or without this but now it feels like a somebody and gives me a sense of belonging
