day 1463 – bpm meeting 

mid week morning meeting is tough without a splash of caffeine. i was suppose to take a half day off last week but that didn’t happen. the form was filled out and sitting on my desk since mid july, but finding an appropriate day to take my half day off is harder than i thought. if i continue to fail, it will turn into twenty days of consecutive work. working fifty seven hour a week is like a fourteen day work week and i definitely don’t want to get sucked into doing that like before

day 1339 – lift myself

this week has been real rough fighting so much distractions. made it to the end of the work week and lucky to be still in one piece. the take back for this week is how to be one of the pillar for my family when called upon. many things have been limited if not put on hold; i haven’t been to the gym as often as i usually do. many things have backtracked and dropped much strength but good to know i still can pick up myself, literally

day 1320 – can’t catch a break

what are the odds of wounding both elbows in a day?? i hurt myself often and i’ve gotten very good at doing so. didn’t think the initial hit could be so bad until a saw a trail down my arm. my parents freaked out over it and gave me their best version of tape job. felt like my body clock was utterly out of sync today and couldn’t explain why . don’t want to think tomorrow is monday again and not ready to take in another week of work and busyness
