celebrating one of the many special days of the year, but the person i celebrate it for and with doesn’t get any more important. happy birthday to my dearest mom, who works tirelessly to make each and every one of my day as smooth as it could be. a lot of times i overlook the little expressions and actions that could go a long way to making you realize how much you mean to me. do know that i appreciate every little thing you do for me and every moment spent together is quality time i cherish. and sometimes i just fail to express how i love you so. here’s to another great year ahead and many more to come. perfect way to make it my blog’s 800th day post. i have had a lot of pleasure writing all my posts and revisiting my posts to see where i have been and where i have come
a fantastic night at pelican doing early an celebration dinner for mom’s birthday dinner. moments like this needs and deserves more frequency that affects me in greater capacity. i can’t even recall when i last sat down with my family and had such an enjoyable dinner. hope to have more of these happy days once all the craziness ends and restores my normal schedule
mom preparing to cook some delicious looking giant stuffed mushroom for dinner tonight and still blown away by how big these fungi can become. no denying i am a picky eater and i don’t like to eat the chinese brown mushroom but i will eat portobello and other kinds of mushrooms which according to mom is suppose to be very healthy. i guess all mushrooms are to some degree
my belt at its worst condition where a line of thread completely ripped off and there’s a huge gap causing fillings to be exposed and at one point decided its life was at its end. thanks to my moms superior sewing skills, she revived my belt and it’s now better than the original condition. will continue to use this belt for the now and i am so ready for more training!!
it’s been quite some time since i have eaten at home with the rest of my family. guess mom felt estatic that i was finally present and went crazy with cooking dinner tonight, but that’s what mom’s do. seven dishes is way too much food for five people, especially when both me and my mom are really small eaters
