day 2219 – x-out breaking

with crunch time in mind, i had to work my way through some back tuck troubles before i can think of anything else. after getting the consistency down, x-outs were back in the discussion. had a few good attempts with foam targets and acetate sheets; thought that was good enough progress from training. i wasn’t thinking of going for boards today, but it only happened because of them giving me the extra push. honestly if i hadn’t progressed to to boards either today or tomorrow, i would definitely call off the x-out breaking option

day 1386 – on strike

taking things a little personal and realizing i need to do something about it. it bothers me enough to tear up a little. it’s one of those things when i don’t feel deserving and i’m stubborn enough to do it. i prefer not eating and i will feel that way until i can hit the gym again. i’ll get hangry at times, but eating is secondary to being good enough in my own terms – not to mention it conserves time and money. it’s a little easier to get around it when parents are out of town

day 741 – homemade froyo

can’t say i didn’t call it. my forearms are sore the day after wakeboarding. but what i didn’t expect was to be sore to the bone that even my hands and fingers were sore, i had ample of trouble gripping a pen, eating utensils and typing on keyboard. nothing to do since my hands and forearms seem so incompetent. so i skipped out on my plans and ended up eating homemade froyo instead

day 101 – probiotics

an upset stomach for the past three days hasn’t been pleasant, it’s time to take some probiotics to fix my system. an average of one meal a day can’t be healthy and only makes me weaker. need to find the reason for loss in my appetite but i guess not eating saves a lot of time and money
