hitting the slopes for day two with this one. the skiing condition was great on blackcomb and even had snow making machines spitting out more powder; the sun was out but it was so cold i couldn’t feel my hands or feet. this one kept complaining about his feet and quad tiredness. would have liked to get more skiing in, but i’ll have my chances in the upcoming weeks. spent the night enjoying a nice steak dinner at earls and spiked drink
night time stroll in the whistler village after pigging out at earls kitchen. taking some time to digest the delicious steak we devoured and admiring the pretty lights on the trees. i wonder if the lights are only up during this time of the year; although i expected the olympic rings to be lit up as well. we’ve walked to and from the village numerous times but still seem to lose our ways every single time

a visit to physio for my peach sized ankle in the day plus home made fusion steak and veggies paired with chocolate red wine, belgian cappuccino frozen yogurt waffles and candlelight dinner completed my night. thanks for being my chauffeur and making my night a good one even under such unfavourable circumstances. happy valentine’s day
hosting annual christmas house party with the main focus on my mom’s top notch turkey stuffed with fried rice that never disappoints. this year we also prepared a lot of other delicious dishes most notably rosemary garlic steak, smoked salmon cream cheese bread, homemade mashed potatoes and cream of mushroom soup. spoiled with so much good food throughout the holiday season
