day 1561 – domsĀ 

a day after a hit my squat pr at an unexpected time, doms has taken control over and my legs are out of commission. i longed to reach my peak again and kin forced it to happen. he said that’s enough of plateau and wanted to break it for me. i’m glad he cracked me cause i would never have made the bold move myself. hope this is the first and my other personal best will be coming once i am completely out of rehab 

day 1333 – saturday off

so this is what a saturday off feels like – no 7am alarm, doing my research, getting myself caught up with planning before an active stretching session. moving was difficult since i’m ultra sore from whatever i pushed my body to do yesterday, but i’ll take the soreness. hitting the spot with some ramen and some quality time with mo. i’m going to enjoy all twenty four hours of this because it’ll be a while before i can say that again 

day 1316 – rest and roll

took a full day off work and school to stay home and rest because my poor body is overstressed from all the strenuous events and travels. of course i should have dragged my butt into the clinic to get fixed because i can feel my kneecap not being in its place. being me, i once again postponed my physio appointment and instead stayed home to roll out some muscle tightness

day 710 – brown rice

not eaten brown rice sushi before but it certainly looks funky. i tried a piece of my mom’s avocado brown rice sushi and it doesn’t taste horrible but it loses the sense of eating sushi. i think i will stick with the conventional sushi, not that i am a fan of rice to begin with. having dinner with my mom instead of going to the gym because i am too sore to do anything else

day 44 – my friend

think i had overdone it yesterday doing something odd or not realizing what i had done that made it more sore than it needs to be. in search of my good friend ben to solve all my problems and allow my body to continue to work. where’s my magical ben when i need him very so badly
