day 2210 – matcha cavery

been craving matcha soft serve for several weeks running. i didn’t want to think of it as a reward in any way. i think i’ll only feel deserving once i land my btwist. i’m grateful that my coach is helping me and also offering me a prize if i land it, but unfortunately tonight wasn’t the night. i know i shouldn’t put a deadline to some things like such, but my goal is to have him see me land my btwist before he leaves for vacation in september. i also have interest in back tuck variations once i get my x-out consistent

day 2150 – tsujiri cravings

it was a not so productive first grass session for myself. i didn’t feel like i could do anything properly as both my ankles are going haywire. though i wish i could do more and get some good training in, it was a fun grass session nonetheless. i still got to toss frisbees, softballs and footballs around. a bunch of us hit up tsujiri to satisfy our matcha cravings. i love matcha soft serve and i don’t think that’s a secret

day 1095 – waffle cone

it’s not often i get my ice cream, but it was my treat for the long weekend. going out to kitsilano with my short shorts and keds for some afternoon dessert. rain or shine ice cream had pretty cool flavours, i went with malted chocolate honeycomb. so much goodness in a waffle cone, but too much i couldn’t finish before. feeling so fat after that eating that ice cream cone, must get back to workouts and train even harder

day 931 – liquid nitrogen

a hamber reunion is a great excuse to indulge in some liquid nitrogen ice cream. i never tried any of vancouver’s top soft serve dessert places before. tonight i made an exception and went for a treat meal while my “hubby” is making a special appearance all the way from taiwan. great time with great company as always, it makes up for the mishaps that took place in dodgeball tonight. my thumb is in considerable pain i am still contemplating if i need to consult a doctor
