even though i eat it everyday, i still can’t open them the proper way.  it always ends up looking like an awkward banana split mario kart style. but it doesn’t have to be conventional all the time, just whatever gets the job done. i do things my way even though i get weird stares once in a while; just experimenting on the fashionable phenomenon

day 1153 – trifecta

glad to report productivity was quite high today; it was a good balance of both work and exercise. a crazy way to finish the last six hours of my monday but definitely sets the tone for the week. i had everything all in one night – first was coaching, second came dodgeball and third was hockey. played an okay game with two good scoring chances and the team got a lucky overtime win. i survived off the snacks that i could fit in on my drives to and from events. i am so done for the night; i just want to pass out the minute i get home

day 1106 – hungriness

for some odd reason i was hungrier than usual. even after a snack, my stomach was still hungry so i ate some tofu while waiting for my mom to cook dinner. dinner was finally ready and i am happy it had some of my favourite food like baked salmon and fresh corn on a cob. having an appetite again is a good sign; maybe it’s a sign that my lingering cold is really over; or maybe it’s a sign i am healthy again

day 721 – hibernating day

my mind is constantly telling me all commitments should be pushed to the side, not going out tonight anywhere because i feel the need to hibernate. i want to stay at home and take the time to catch up on so much i haven’t gotten around to completing. hope hibernating this week will cure all the troubles and tasks on my plate, set me back to normal and boost my productivity

day 617 – swept it

i know they just restocked but i literally swept their shelves clean of their snack bars. will be extremely hectic in the upcoming weeks; no time for real meals where everything is on the go, so loading up while supplies last. they will be of high demand while i go through this phase and i will have to adjust to them. at least these don’t taste like cardboard or else it would be really rough and i might starve to death. busy life doesn’t make any excuses for not eating or going for fast food, i still try to get my protein in

day 437 – filthy meal

feasting on way too many mcdonald’s chicken nuggets and large fries late night after so called hard training session. this can’t be good in the final week just before our competition, or at any point in time. damn the craving, screwing up my my attempts to eat healthy. guess it’s a good thing i haven’t had mcnuggets in a long time and we just had an impulsive craving for junk

day 98 – late night snacking

with the team at soho on cambie stuffing my face with my favourite baked rice with spinach and sole and taro slush after a dodgeball night, i should have ordered something lighter because i am too full to fall asleep and too fat if i fall asleep. i will have to choose between getting fat or not sleeping
