day 1797 – long weight 


this view of the cage has been scarce the past month or so. you know it’s long when the first personal trainer i saw pointed at me and said he hasn’t seen me, and then all other trainers also turned to look. i got the point of shame that i’ve been lazy with my gyming, but the fact i’m in means i want to change that. not much has changed at this nash with the exception of a few new trainers. i had to keep it lightweight, but at least it’s a squat and deadlift day in the books. i’ve lost the strength, so priority number one is to rebuild it and work my way back to match those numbers

day 1601 – cleaning house

cleaning house today for what no longer should be in my space. i longed should have gotten rid of things that are taking too much of my negative space and not adding to me. i processed all the thoughts in my head space; it became clear that letting things slip has made me discontent and dulled my life. my friends have told me, not just once, that i deserve better for all the things i let slip too far down. they stood by me at my best and at my worst, and that’s what makes them my dearest friends. out with the old and unwanted so i can rebuild on what it means to be happy and what makes me, me
