day 2051 – setup

i think i need to take it easy for a while to heal up all my injured body parts. i need find things to work on that doesn’t require punching on take offs or hard landings. at this rate it will be so difficult for my ankles and wrist to recover. i’m glad that both my winter hockey seasons are over with and have a couple weeks before my spring season sports start up. for the time being, it’s just dodgeball. this is also the time to really gear down and eat properly, something that’s been going really bad

day 943 – multiple misfortunes

it was a rough night where one misfortune led to the next. began the night already feeling under the weather with a heavy headache but didn’t let that stop me from training and dodgeball. only later did i notice my wrist was bruised from smacking into the barbell racks. at dodgeball, i punched myself in the jaw while pulling my compression sleeve up. my mouth was bleeding, i’m basically icing everything since my jaw is swollen and my neck has a whiplash. it has been that kind of night, i’ll call it an early day

day 503 – side bets

a side bet lost for my team’s head to head matchup this week which will cause me a few punches. my team was doing well and in the lead mid week before my players went into mad slumps and started getting injured. ┬áin the end i only lost by one, but sadly there’s no way get to out of this. i guess the result could have been worse but now i have to “man up” to the bet, whatever that means
