day 842 – bulk pack

one huge stack almost complete and another stack on its way. i made it a priority to load up because i need my supplements like i need food. i am a little disappointed i didn’t get the flavour of my choice, but i simply didn’t want to wait another week to have it shipped. that being said, there’s a dozen of flavours to choose from so there’s a handful of secondary choices i wouldn’t mind adopting. this got me covered and should last me a while

day 729 – physio remedy

decided a little blenz remedy was necessary after finishing my morning physio. because of my ankle, didn’t have to do any prescribed exercises but still had to do muscle stim which is always a struggle. physio asked me to get some rays done for my foot and even wrote an interim report to my family doctor in case i skip out on the scans; he knows me far too well. getting realigned and released was important but also gave me some reassurance and peace of mind that i am going to be okay moving forward

day 561 – blender bottle

i wasn’t sure if i would have enough left in the tank to make it through gym cause my sugar level was feeling low as i was driving there. getting up the three flights of stairs to the gym was a little challenging and wobbly. pleased i made some personal bests, killed my gym session, walked out feeling good and ended thursday with a bang. and now i am fueling myself with some protein while doing some maintenance work

day 461 – post workout

returned home from good workout session and filling up my day’s macro with a protein shake. so glad i am done with the body fortress chocolate because it tasted horrendous in my opinion and now moving onto a much better tasting optimum nutrition white chocolate flavour. hope this helps a bit, although i am still expecting to be sore mighty tomorrow, but it’s the kind of pain that’s a resultant of hardwork

day 356 – power matcha

forgot mine on the go so grabbed a power matcha to fill my protein after physio. tasted good but too filling for my bladder and made me go pee twice in less than an hour. overall happy with how my appointment went, everything seems to be stable and moving in the good direction. able to do my regular exercises with ease and also more difficult variations of those exercises without feeling discomfort, only fatigue from the recent lack of exercise. worked hard to get to this point and it’s certainly showing progress but still got a long way to go before i can say its comfortable

day 351 – killed it at the gym

had a great workout today and couldn’t be more pleased that my knee felt really good even after all that i had done. it seems to be coming along in recovery as it should be. i then treated myself with a homemade blended blueberry protein shake – the best tasting post workout protein shake ever. mixing of milk and blueberries to add more flavour is definitely the way to go

day 279 – booster

perks of birthday week entitles me to a free drink at booster juice. stopping by to grab my freebie protein filled drink mind over matcha booster on my way home from ironwood. tasted so good and thirst quenching i finished it well before i made it home from today’s especially mad rush hour traffic
