day 1799 – blueberry banana

my investment in a portable blender is slowly paying its bills. going for the luxurious two flavoured smoothie of blueberry banana instead of my go-to plain banana option. it was so tasty i drank it really fast, so fast that i hadn’t realized i left out my recovery. i’ve been feeling a bloat which isn’t sitting too well in my stomach; hopefully some digestive enzymes will solve the problem

day 1791 – fruitie smoothie

making an effort to growing my office fruit garden and conscious effort of eating more fruits in general. though it’s missing one of my staples, i gathered some of my favourite including mangoes, peaches and bananas. i’ve been pretty adamant in making some semi meal replacement smoothies with my portable blender. can’t wait until it’s cherry season, but sad this year i’ve lost my sources from friend’s kelowna farm

day 1653 – juicingĀ 

blending my banana kiwi almond milk smoothie at my desk. just the sound of it already makes me feel like i’m having something ultra healthy, which i won’t deny. the main reason i’m having this instead of my normal grapes is so i can have some solids and some liquids in my body. funny when people were looking around searching for the sounds that my blender was making
