day 582 – suit up

i am still feeling the soreness of after effects of exercises earlier this week. resting my overused muscles and taking it as easy as i could with lots of stretching and pipe rolling. i can’t really do much with a sore posterior so let’s hope tomorrow’s lone practice will do wonders and get me ready for provincials. in the meantime. i am trying on my poomsae uniform and still debating if i want to pull it out for this weekend

day 548 – pipe rolling

definitely been making really good use of my pipe ever since i upgraded from my foam. it’s been my best friend and worst enemy since day one but i know process of no pain no gain far too well. everything is so tight from the trainings, practices, normal usage and miscellaneous activities that i went overboard with. the only drawback is my back is shot and there’s nothing the pipe can do anything about because its way too stiff

day 384 – my lunch

after lunch stroll near the water on a sunny day to get a quick breath of fresh air. thought i must move a bit to walk off the soreness but the more i walk the sorer i felt. lay low today and get much needed rest, having been physically overworked and majorly sleep deprived the past week

day 379 – who am i kidding

I find it hard to believe i am making my way to the gym even though my legs are sore as ever. i would be lucky if i am still able to move and function properly tomorrow. but i do whatever to destress and digress from what’s been happening in my life as of late. hope i can weather the storm and these troubles gets resolved soon and everyone moves on to more important things at hand

day 340 – recovery day

out of commission all day while i am getting my protein dosage and jacuzzi going. it’s hard after being so inactive for so long and then trying to get back into the grove. went all out during yesterday’s dodgeball tournament and now my body aches all over. needless to say i don’t like long lay offs and definitely don’t like to be shut down at all
