sleeping in and enjoying a western brunch sounds like a good way to spend my easter saturday. homecooking is harder than it looks, as seen with the failed sunny side ups. it’s not my typical morning food for it’s oilyness, but there’s always some exceptions and portion control is the key. i can’t recall when i last had a day to relax and be outside filling myself with some fresh air. this is just the way i envision spending my rare saturday off, and definitely something i look forward to getting more of
another annual success walk with the dragon appreciation dinner in the books. typical asian dinners with plates coming every so often, where you will always see food left on the table. and food just keeps coming even though everyone at the table is stuffed. not all the dishes were suitable for me, but perks of being a small eater cause i was pretty much full after the few appetizer dishes. got myself a lucky draw tee that doesn’t fit me, but a win is a win.
feasting on way too many mcdonald’s chicken nuggets and large fries late night after so called hard training session. this can’t be good in the final week just before our competition, or at any point in time. damn the craving, screwing up my my attempts to eat healthy. guess it’s a good thing i haven’t had mcnuggets in a long time and we just had an impulsive craving for junk
one of the several lamb and oily meat dishes of the night. i have never heard of this before today, but this is indeed pizza with lamb toppings. it tasted good on the first bite, but too much meat and too salty to my liking. i am certain my sensitive digestive system will let me know about it later on
