day 1850 – homemade poke

a balanced meal is healthy homemade poke and fatty cream puffs and pillow cakes. poke bowls are way overpriced, so we decided against that and made our own with salmon sashimi, mango, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, corn and edamame. my nutrition before hockey wasn’t very good today, but i usually stay on top of it and make good decisions. needed this outing with the girls after a long work week

day 1330 – pregame meal

sticking with my simple pregame meal before a playoff game. my first season is officially over after tonight’s loss but i enjoyed my rookie season and is happy with the successes and improvements that came with it. scoring my first career goal was a big one for me and i only got more comfortable as the season went on. i filled the stat sheet burying three goals and adding four stars beside my name on the hard hat. i’d say it was a good rookie season for me and exceeded all my helpful teammates’ expectations. i’m really looking forward to the spring season and drop ins to see where my sophomore season will take me

this is where i was in the evening, doing my thing in the architectural building. today was a really strange day which no routine, no structure where i had no proper meal. the conflicting feeling when i felt like i did a lot of things and at the same time felt like i did nothing. i don’t like it this way, let’s go back to the structured life and restore a little order and discipline
