day 1869 – apparatuses

didn’t spend any time at my own desk this morning. i had a good long meeting with the director followed by the bpdt team. constant meetings is very draining so really looking forward to getting off work and onto my way to practice some acrobatic stuff. felt a little tight and lethargic, didn’t really feel good about my back tucks. progress has been really slow, and i’m disappointed to say the least. i’m sure a lot of setbacks as to do with my ongoing shoulder woes

day 1621 – big lifts


had an extremely late night but woke up early with a few things in mind. hitting the gym was mandatory, for today is designated for strength. the few hours of shut eye took a toll on me and took me a few hours to halt the lethargy. since i anticipated on training, i didn’t want to eat and went with the banana i stuffed down an hour ago. making my way to the gym with an empty stomach and was probably a horrible idea. i knew it was going to be a grind, but feels good to still have gotten through the heavy big lifts. with all that delay, i didn’t get any food in me until roughly half past five. need to be cautious not to be malnutritioned where all my meals are jumbled up like today 

day 796 – slow moving

feels like a perfect sunday wasted. the sun is shining for once and all i did was teach in the morning and attend a marcom meeting in the afternoon. opted to skip out on gym as plannedĀ and not actively enjoying the rare sunshine we will hardly get in next few months. i hope the lethargic feeling goes away soon cause i can’t afford to be an antisocial couch potato
