day 1449 – platform

working on the timing of my high pull now that i can get back to doing full cleans. each rehab session is challenging but offers so much more than just regaining what i had lost. i get worked quite hard each time; my shirt is drenched in sweat by the end, but i like that it keeps me on my toes. my kineis plays a big part in fast tracking me to regain my strength and form. he along with chiro is building me stronger a better for the progress that’s expected to come. best of all, i no longer feel like the remnants of my accident  hinders my body from doing my activities. i just need to work on and take care of the injuries i have racked up as of late

day 1323 – class 

it’s hard to get back into it after skipping two weeks in a row. i had no motivation to work on this but the final project deadline is fast approaching. now it’s time to play catch up and make up for the missed work. i went to class and treated it like a work session and had good productivity. lots of work to be done before presentation day, but i at least i’m one step closer to getting back into the groove

day 1253 – hearty meal

all my favourite dishes were on the dinner table because i’m finally home for dinner on last day before parents leave for mexico. it’s her way of saying it’s good to have me home for dinner for once. it was a great homecooked meal; i enjoyed every dish and stuffed myself too much. i have yet to get back on track with eating the way i would like to and that needs to be done starting tomorrow. now that she’s going on vacation, i might as well not cook to solve that problem

day 750 – court time

it’s been much too long since my last hitting session and finally getting some tennis in this evening. i found it extremely hard to get the feeling back in my hands and legs, my shots are getting too flat and rather inconsistent. the next session better not be as far apart as this one, i need to get all my hitting partners to hit up the courts before autumn chases us out

day 737 – home free

that feeling when xray results come back negative, but it’s actually a positive news. i can rest assure everything is going to be okay and that it’s alright to resume my life of all the activities i deem important to me. wonder what kind of tests would ensue to investigate further what is the real cause of the unnecessary bruising and weird pain sensations. i still don’t know what further tests i will need to undergo, but i guess i was rest easy for the time being
