day 1850 – homemade poke

a balanced meal is healthy homemade poke and fatty cream puffs and pillow cakes. poke bowls are way overpriced, so we decided against that and made our own with salmon sashimi, mango, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, corn and edamame. my nutrition before hockey wasn’t very good today, but i usually stay on top of it and make good decisions. needed this outing with the girls after a long work week

day 1725 – korean family


miss having lunch as a foursome since we got separated into two buildings. lunch time meet up at daan for a small reunion with the korean family.  the two big brothers looking after two little sisters, chauffeuring us and taking care of our orders. this was a good little nook that opened less than a month ago. everything was tasty but koreans take their spicy to the next level; red sauces full of peppers even when mild
