day 2432 – garage gym

starting the new home workout program because covid situation is forcing apex to change. i still get to go in once a week, but the home workout program is tailored to a lot of technical work. it was rough on my grip and forearm because i’m not used to the diameter of the men’s barbell and a lot of the drills starts from hang position. i’m told i can use straps next time to save my forearms and get. i finally got a chance to use the plyo boxes i built a while back

day 741 – homemade froyo

can’t say i didn’t call it. my forearms are sore the day after wakeboarding. but what i didn’t expect was to be sore to the bone that even my hands and fingers were sore, i had ample of trouble gripping a pen, eating utensils and typing on keyboard. nothing to do since my hands and forearms seem so incompetent. so i skipped out on my plans and ended up eating homemade froyo instead

day 740 – wakeboarding

continuing my stint of water activities with my first try at wakeboarding today. i didn’t have the greatest success getting up and staying on my board at the beginning, fallen numerous times, but i did manage to get it down somewhat near the end. i also drank a lot of salt water while i was submerged into the open water – i am sure i hit my daily water intake for the day. at the end of the day my forearms are beyond exhausted. but above all i had an awesome time out there and would definitely do it again
