day 2642 – video editing

stayed home all day because a few covid red flags came up both on set and at flipping. although chances are minimal because i had no direct contact and maybe not even indirect contact, it’s never a bad thing to air on the side of caution. i felt bad skipping my monday workout when i had no excuse not to all morning. i spent most of my time editing my video, hopefully have it ready by the end of the night

day 2573 – jogging

my sleep schedule is very much shifted so i had a lot of idle time laying in bed before i could fall asleep past 4am. i was way too tired to lift weights in the morning, so i decided to go for light cardio while pixel lifted. i found every possible excuse to not do it, but in the end i knew i had to plug in my  headphones and get it done. last time i jogged this soccer field, even one lap was a struggle. i jogged at a much slower pace and got my two laps done

day 885 – frozen web

i need not to step outside my house to get a feeling of how cold it is out there. the spider web outside my backyard says it all. upon closer view, i don’t even see the spider manning its web, maybe it died of hypothermia. with this kind of temperature, i will gladly stay indoor in the comfort of my own home wrapped up in my cozy bed. i guess my only excuse is my legs are somewhat tired from that skiing i had done

i have been unreasonably lazy recently and letting too many things slip without the slightest thought of feeling guilty. hopefully this sparks something from within and makes me want it more than before. let’s fix this while i can and get through downward fall¬†because my goals won’t do itself
