day 732 – rays as directed

image

went in for another set of xrays early morning to see why this foot is so annoying. another couple days before i get the report to see if there’s any major damage done. i sure hope there’s no fracture and nothing wrong with the bone structure or else i will be so deflated as if my life ended right there. it’s not cool when i have been through so many sets of xrays i almost know exactly what the whole process is

day 729 – physio remedy

image

decided a little blenz remedy was necessary after finishing my morning physio. because of my ankle, didn’t have to do any prescribed exercises but still had to do muscle stim which is always a struggle. physio asked me to get some rays done for my foot and even wrote an interim report to my family doctor in case i skip out on the scans; he knows me far too well. getting realigned and released was important but also gave me some reassurance and peace of mind that i am going to be okay moving forward

day 486 – getting rays

image

waking up early on a saturday morning for some rays. so glad the wait wasn’t long, was in and out within fifteen minutes. i personally rather get the results after my dodgeball playoffs are over cause i am going to be playing regardless of the outcome. under such circumstance, no pan-am competition is probably a good thing for my beaten body anyways. i don’t know if these results matter that much knowing i have to take further tests

day 311 – getting rays done

just what the physio ordered, getting my xrays done bright and early saturday morning before my appointment. was told if xray report is negative, an mri may be necessary to solve this mystery. being on the injured reserve list for over two weeks is killing me and my soul and making my body rot. is this how jail feels like?? done my part and all i can do is hope for the best knowing i could be out indefinitely
