day 2076 – card building

the gstrings wanted to hangout and chill over some bubble tea, so we did a late night boba visit. this is so bad for my diet, but i was determined to keep the damage to a minimal by only drinking half of my half sweet taro slush. first time in a quite some time we sat down as a team and just chilled. we also played some big two and card building while some golfed down sushi and bubble waffles. i’m going to pay for staying out so late tomorrow morning

day 2064 – wings wednesday

grabbing late night wings at shark club because the rest of the gang was craving chicken. i can only finish one pound of wings which constitutes ten wings. i went with honey garlic and an arnold palmer to go with it. it tasted so good for my stomach, but not so much for my diet. i have a feeling i’m going to call in tomorrow because i’ve had enough of the bullshit that i don’t give anymore

day 2024 – sushi sushi

a japanese dinner doesn’t sound like a bad idea. although i didn’t get to go to the restaurant of my choice, i still got some delightful rolls and aburi sushi. my eating as a whole hasn’t been good for the last while due to stress and binge eating. i’ll clean up my eating after today and the long weekend. but for now i’ll eat my share and get some of my system

day 2008 – intermitting

mid morning grapes is rewarding during my intermittent fasting phase. i’m usually immune to being hangry, though i can’t control being hungry. i’m doing this is to cut down after the holiday season to improve my sports performance as well as to reach my overarching fitness goals. i want to up my game to help with hockey, taekwondo, flips and tricks and dodgeball. also, part of it is just to change up my diet and get it back on track

day 1671 – dimsuming


i don’t recall the last time i ate dimsum, but it’s  safe to say i can now eat them guilt free. my love for malaysian cake, ha gao and rice rolls never changed. switching up the diet has its perks for reasons i can enjoy food with variety. since the switch, my appetite has improved significantly, or maybe it’s just a result of improvement in my overall state of mind. either way, the trend is heading in the right place in multiple aspects of my life
