day 2519 – cup marks

to help my knee heal in every way possible, i’m constantly using the suction cups and electrolysis stimulation. though i don’t do as much strengthening exercises, stretches and conditioning as i should, i still try to whenever possible. sitting out has never been easy for me and it’ll always be something i won’t take lightly, so i will take every step i can to ease my pain and rehab process. the biggest drawback is these suction cups leave a large bruise when you least expect it

day 2480 – self cupping

was looking into recovery remedies and remembered my dad had bought a cupping set from china years ago. pulled it out of my drawer and randomly applied some on my ailing shoulder. i had no idea what i was doing, but there’s no harm since it’s been bothering me for months and i haven’t been able to see my chiropractor or physio. part of me hopes there’s some kind of magic or miracle in this

day 1319 – reassessed

i got my shoulder reassessed and that explained why my shoulder doesn’t rotate like it should. the numbness and tingling through my arm has worsened the past two years. i’m told if it’s not addressed, it will be very difficult to continue my tennis and dodgeball. through some cupping alternatives, there’s a bit of improvement in my shoulder orientation, but it’ll take a lot more to adapt and remain in its proper place
