day 2205 – sync x-out

i wasn’t pressing to regain confidence in my back tuck after necking it, but i’m happy to say i got it back only nine days since. thinking it’s time to ease myself into the x-out, i pleasantly progressed back onto the floor in just one day. i’m even happier i actually have some moves i can now sync with others. it really does help when i get to do it alongside one of the best. not only does it push me to go for it, it also allows me to study and compare what he’s doing batter and what i can do to get mine better. this is by far the best x-out i’ve ever done on floor and feeling grateful for all the support he’s given me

day 1385 – elbows


second week into my rehab program with the chiropractor and it brought some good news. although i still am off limits when it comes to the gym, second week is noticeably better than the first. i no longer wake up feeling like a train hit me. ┬ámy chiropractor likes that my back progressing at his pace, but now has to check whether my elbow is fractured. after bending it and twisting it, i’m leaning towards no fracture

day 743 – small boat big boat

walking along side the waterfront in the afternoon and couldn’t help but notice the size differential of the two boats. when a cruise ship and a speed boat is put side by side, it makes the reference of a fish and a shark. reminds me of the time i went on an alaskan cruise where i was trapped on the ship with insurmountable food which almost made me sick. yes, so much food every day, every hour, every waking second, i thought i’d get seriously ill from seeing food
