day 1568 – aburi aburi

a little aburi and sashimi is a good way to get through the hump of the week. it could be whatever day, but sushi almost never fails me. it’s the kind of comfort food that can lighten mood and get me back on my ways. there’s no change in my erratic sleeping patterns; no matter which day, i’ll wake up several times throughout the night thinking i missed my alarm. a large part is from stress, as i prepare myself for my big day ahead of me

back in town counting down the final hours of our brief vacation, but first a stop at our old faithful for some classic noodles. it was a good time off and somewhat rejuvenating, only much too short. i’ll spend the remaining hours getting ready and unclog my mind because in a few hour i’ll get back to reality and working my butt off; there’s some things i want to reset and restart

day 606 – hungover breakfast

just trying to make some sunny side ups this morning waking up after an epic night. my head is hurting, legs and arms are pretty dead and sore; i can only imagine it will be slow the rest of the day. i hope these eggs are cooked, but i guess i will eat it and find it later. i wasn’t expecting to wake up so early but my legs cramped up several times, and couldn’t fall back asleep

day 468 – slow day

waking up and expecting to see chaos like the aftermath of a battlefield. a slow day with comfort food to recover after an eventful day. did some clean up to make sure my house was presentable before my brother returns home. decided to take a rare nap that was intended to be half an hour but became two and a half hours since i completely didn’t hear my alarm and ended up missing my evening meeting

day 17 – sorbet

costco sorbet with exotic flavours and unique packaging like pineapple shell, coconut shell, orange skin and lemon skin as bowl. not a member at costco and gladly so, or else i will be stocking up my kitchen cabinets with massive bags of junk food, ice cream and a lot of unhealthy foods
