day 2212 – maxi knee

slightly sprained my lcl as my chiropractor says, but he agreed i could tape it up to keep doing my things. taped it up in the morning to go with my gym attire because the team is doing a full morning of showroom cleanup. together with the sales director, the two of us did the heavy lifting, moving seven vanities with stone tops, many headboards and bedbases while the three others some boxes, linen and bubble wraps. at the end of the tricking session, i made some headway on my touch down raiz which was surprising because up to two days ago i still had no idea what i was doing. i hope to continue that and use it in a combo one day

day 2198 – desk reconfiguration

i’m asked to reconfigure my workstation again because marketing team was said to be too far apart. at least i don’t have to move again and only have to change my desk setup from right hand side to left hand side. i’ll still get to use my giant monitors as acoustic panels to shield the noise and distraction from the high traffic area. a good chance to clear out my desk and get ready to leave it for the weekend

day 2186 – self journal reflect

a friend of mine has recently made me buy in on decluttering. took the morning to do a clean up of my room and only got through a portion of it. i got rid of a number of things i won’t be using again and listed new or almost new items on facebook marketplace. being the end of week four, i had a bit of reflection time for my self journal. i must say i’ve done a pretty terrible job the past two weeks. i really need to do a better job of staying on track and being diligent with my choices

day 2039 – full size mcflurry

this will be the last mcflurry amongst all sugary treats as i’ll be doing a low sugar for the month of march. that means no more bubble teas, cookies, chocolate, ice cream, dessert and many other things that has added artificial sweeteners. i’ve eaten so poorly the last while i really should be ashamed. the laziness is unacceptable to my standards so it’s now time to clean it up and get fit again. i’m sure the transition is the hardest part, but i must stick with it. i’m excited to see what the results will be

day 2024 – sushi sushi

a japanese dinner doesn’t sound like a bad idea. although i didn’t get to go to the restaurant of my choice, i still got some delightful rolls and aburi sushi. my eating as a whole hasn’t been good for the last while due to stress and binge eating. i’ll clean up my eating after today and the long weekend. but for now i’ll eat my share and get some of my system

day 1897 – first front

i landed so many good ones on the blue today so decided today was the day to take it to the floor. i fell on my butt so many times before eventually landing one on the floor for the very first time. it was by no means pretty, but i’ll keep working on it to clean it up. it was a really big step out of my comfort zone, but i now know how it feels on the floor. i’m very grateful for the support i’ve received even when it wasn’t working. without their encouragement, i wouldn’t have had the opportunity or confidence to attempt it on the floor. this will be the first of many

day 1857 – glassware

drying out all my glassware at work before i take off for the long weekend. the number of glass containers and mason jars i own have tripled. this is all kind of influenced by one of my zero waste enthusiast friend. you can say this week has been slow, but at the same time fast. manager wasn’t in this week, but that means i have to make some decisions without the presence of him. gladly looking forward to a long weekend off to chill, rest, party and quite possibly drink a lot
