day 2385 – retiring sedinery

tonight’s jersey retirement ceremony was magnificent in so many ways. the amount of alumnus that were in attendance, the introductions, and the speeches made it feel so complete. my soul lit up when i got to see linden and naslund along with the rest like ohlund, burrows, bieksa and kesler. i’m so fond of all the things both daniel and henrik sedin did as a canuck. i’ll never forget all the incredible moments that i’ve witness. they deserve every bit of this recognition for no two players will ever come as good as the sedinery

day 1282 – blue and white

watching my two favourite teams go head to head at rogers arena. the scoreboard showed the canucks lost by a big margin, but they weren’t outplayed too badly. so lucky to see good old marleau get his milestone five hundredth tonight. we avoided buying overpriced food at the game and saved our appetite for some late night pho; i need to work off that excess tummy tomorrow

day 1061 – beach wedding

at jericho beach attending a wedding ceremony on a hot and sunny day. the casual and free setting of the beach wedding was nice, but it needed a little more structure for the schedule. it was quite nerve wrecking meeting many of mo’s extended family, but i still had fun being mo’s plus one. i am exhausted from being in a formal social environment for much of the day. this is one of the rare times i will be so decked out
