day 2229 – safety meeting

health and safety meeting during lunch means i don’t get any break to take my mind off work related stuff. it was a long one since we have to go through and revise the standard first aid procedure. the company provided lunch is all carbs today – pasta and garlic bread from pizza hut. i eat very healthy at the office, but the company lunches don’t really fit in my macro

day 1126 – gobble

49389730_370598130366605_2429455067095498752_nwoke up feeling a tad lightheaded, perhaps the lack of sleep is the cause. after finishing my complexes, i got myself a vanilla latte and fed myself chicken and potatoes for lunch. thinking that spiking my sugar level, eating and upping my blood pressure would help.  also dealt with some bank issue. they finally for it correct after the fourth try; if i have to go into the bank one more time for this purpose, i’d be really angry

day 993 – spot eating

me going to my family doctor is like the sun rose on the west side. i couldn’t get my way out of seeing her because my head is in dire need of assessment. while i am nursing my head and staying off whatever the doctor said not to do, i am hitting up the old and faithful whitespot. tonight felt like a movie and burger night and lots of mo time, so here’s my monty mushroom with caesar salad. it was good while i had the freedom to eat a little, and now it’s back to game plan to ease off it again

day 978 – carb loading

back in town from a self satisfying trip down portland. first off, post competition breakfast carb loading with my man. competition prep period had its millions of sacrifices and restrictions which made some days painstakingly hard to get through. i haven’t eaten so much in a meal in so long, i forget how bread and potatoes amongst many other things taste like. i’ll give myself a couple days off to indulge in things i couldn’t have had during that phase, but won’t be long before i have to live with those restrictions again in pursuit of my next big event
