day 1097 – get grinding

getting my statutory holiday grind on bright and early, so early the gym is practically empty. checking in to the gym and checking my form for all techniques. keep an open mind to all critcism for everything; that’s the only way i’ll learn and the only way i’ll get better. it’s always important to stay focused and humble and see where the journey takes me. feeling good after a workout and ready to put in the work for a strong august to recreate my dreams and reestablish myself

day 1071 – sky watcher

woke up early to catch some wimbledon action and federer didn’t disappoint; an amazing two set down comeback gets him a spot in the semifinals. i didn’t feel up to par at training tonight which really brought me down. i can only blame myself because i know i made a bad judgement call prior to and i can’t let that happen again. spectating some flag football action under the white wispy clouds and ending the night with mo eased my mind a tad

day 795 – weekend warrior

feeling like a weekend warrior so i woke up early for a brief tennis session followed by gym. i am sick, but that doesn’t really stop me much, or at all. all this was completed before noon so onwards with the rest of my day. i miss going to this place so much but i know i will be back and need to be back much more consistently. my schedule this fall season just got a lot busier in a hurry but i wouldn’t complain because as long as my body can handle it, i will do it

day 219 – early morning

in downtown bright and early for an important meeting on a sunny friday morning. surprisingly didn’t get lost making my way around downtown, it’s not a place i particularly like to be wandering in. time is flying right before our eyes, the week went by really fast and another weekend is on the horizon again. sometimes time needs to slow down because its scary to see that its already the third month into the year
