day 2346 – plex

had second thought about continuing with the adventure plex plan because my ankle flared up after hockey last night. the ganglion-like lump appeared again even though nothing particular happened during the game. on top of front tucks, i can now do back tucks and back handsprings on the trampoline and airtrack. hopefully next time i come back i’ll also be able to do front handsprings, websters and flash kicks

day 2180 – three bag

left my jersey in the wash, but at least i found a shirt to wear. first time i’m fielding on the right side of the diamond at third base. i was ready to take some balls off the body because the ball really kicks up after a bouncing on gravel. ended the night with only two bruises, one on the bicep and one on the stomach. i haven’t figured out how to take high balls off the backhand but i did made some pretty good stops and threw out two runners at first base. the team played really well defensively considering we were playing opponents a tier above

day 1618 – apex adventures

jumping around with the marcom execs at apex adventures plex before grabbing a bite. the ninja course was my main attraction that brought out the competitiveness out of me. the bubble soccer and trampolines brought the kid out of me. had to pick and choose what i could do with caution; the last thing i need is to put my hand at unnecessary risks. this could be considered cardio, the stuff i avoid but should make an effort to do more of. the soreness keeps piling on after all the workouts,  wods and activities, but adamant to continue as planned
