day 841 – twinsies

got myself an additional blender bottle because one is simply not enough; a full purple to add to my half purple. i find that the extra compartments to store my stuff is something i have missing out on all along. i never thought it would critical to have the extra compartment and that it only took out unncessary space but it has proven me wrong. putting it to good use right off the bat because i an on roll and on a mission to string together many consecutive days. not letting the soreness get to me, not letting it be an excuse to break my momentum

day 791 – bottoms up

fueling on my bcaa tonight like it’s the last thing i do today. i know very well that i had worked hard today and most definitely be sore tomorrow. just hope to minimize the degree of soreness and decrease the chances of being sore for too long cause i got a full week ahead of me. getting back to it after a prolonged period of time and definitely happy with today’s progress as things are coming along

day 703 – after class

refuelling after a friday night class filled with heavy dose of physical training. the grandmaster was present first time in ages, therefore instead of showing up to class to get some extra practice and drilling poomsae, i ended up doing endless jumping exercises which i wasn’t intending on doing; especially with my messed up back. what made training harder was not only was it thirty degrees outside, but the dojo has poor ventilation and no air conditioning

day 675 – messy me

all i wanted to do was have my recovery drink but turns out i spent a lot more time cleaning up the mess i made than the time required to finish drinking. what made matters worse was i didn’t just fail once, but twice. the first scoop, powder flung out all over my table. then second scoop, i dropped the scoop and scattered on my lap, chair and floor. turns out to be too much work

day 671 – arctic ice

mixing it post workout once again. keeping up with the supplements plus replenishing all that i lost throughout in getting ready for the vigorous training and heavy demands of my schedule that awaits. i am about to become a crazier workaholic than i already am. i did learn today that this powder is best mixed with ice cold water out of the fridge tastes much better

day 561 – blender bottle

i wasn’t sure if i would have enough left in the tank to make it through gym cause my sugar level was feeling low as i was driving there. getting up the three flights of stairs to the gym was a little challenging and wobbly. pleased i made some personal bests, killed my gym session, walked out feeling good and ended thursday with a bang. and now i am fueling myself with some protein while doing some maintenance work

day 456 – breaking new ground

lack of action picture so here’s what my kinesiologist claimed as his awesome water bottle. feeling accomplished i am able to take my rehab execises up to next level after patiently working at the same level for a few months. it helps being trained and constantly pushed to take steps breaking into new ground and greater difficulty with each exercise. and now i need to keep my lifting consistent and work my way back to the weights i was capable of during my peak form. i am eager and feeling determined to pick it up and break into more new territory very soon
