day 2242 – toppled over

i felt exactly like the cupcake today – toppled over and dysfunctional. i was hoping to go to open gym tonight because i had the day off tomorrow, but i was in no shape or form to do so. during parts of the day, i took some tylenol to alleviate whatever was making me feel sick and pukey. even took a lengthy nap expecting to wake up with some improvement. it’s definitely a write off kind of day

day 1785 – pvc roller

on the ground for hours icing and rolling myself out after feeling the pains of a pull. i hadn’t noticed any pain or spasm until i got home and adrenaline wore off. prior to that, i had gone to class to work on more combos, cheat seven twenties, cartwheels and back tucks. i was quite pleased with my stuff today especially getting a handful of back tuck practices in with less spot. i feel better about it and it’s just a matter of getting the confidence now to making it over with no hesitation. in the meantime, i’m doing everything possible to alleviate this pain sensation i’m feeling done my back; and an appointment is upcoming

day 1504 – nothing extra

one of the rare days i’m headed straight home from work because my hip and knee started causing havoc. i tried to alleviate the inflammation by icing, flossing, rolling, but nothing seemed to be the solution. i was optimistic it would get better evening so i should be good to go to the gym, but wasn’t the case. it got so bad that even with a knee brace on, all i really could do was sit in front of my desk and do some catch up paperwork
