stepping foot in tong’s kitchen to prepare for tomorrow’s party. this is not a familiar territory for me since i only cook the primary things to fuel my body, but i might turn out to be an iron chef after this holiday season. the requirement for this recipe is we must create our dish from scratch; darn i can’t have my fruit platter. although i haven’t taste tested until party time, my deviled eggs look really yummy

it’s all about aesthetics this afternoon as i’m perfecting cooking dumplings and making sure it’s cooked to the perfect shade of golden brown. i may be a picky eater, but require nothing fancy nor expensive,┬ájust need basic food that’s done┬áthe right way. chicken dumplings paired with banana got me through another saturday shift; keeping it simple just like any ordinary saturday
