day 1514 – perspiration 

my glutes are in extreme soreness and overall body is tired after a workout and coaching session. i forget how much i have to demonstrate when sifu is there. so sore i was in limbo to go workout or not. in the end i went because the blueberry muffin devoured earlier needed to be justified; won’t let myself eat without having exercised. in transition between my program; the increased urgency is the cause of more sweat

day 1252 – crunch time

new mug for crunch time to start a highly anticipated year. it’s the time to get back with my plans and grind even harder than before. back to work and upping my game so i can work harder, train smarter, eat better, stay healthier and get adequate sleep. it was a rough night of sleep last night; it’ll take some time to adjust my body clock to 6am mornings again. the night was eased with a good dinner out for papa ng’s birthday dinner

day 578 – seminar wrap

day two of poomsae seminar and that wraps up my entire weekend full of poomae and everything revolving around competition. no shame to say my legs and arms are sore with all that i have done past two days. grandmaster yoon has enlightened me on so many things i can improve on and keep making my poomsae better. best compliment i could receive when a national champion says he sees potential. lets hope i can make some quick adjustment and apply them to next weekend’s competition

day 240 – early morning

need some time to adjust and get my body clock working properly since i haven’t had such an early morning in very long time. thank goodness for the invention of caffeine solves many problems. having some much needed caffeine and coffee art to go along with it to start off my day and keep me awake throughout a super long day. i already can’t wait until i can go home and rest
