day 636 – them weights

quads are nothing short of sore from yesterday’s physio appointment, but needed to get some work in. picking up weights again after a long stretch of holding off and focusing on more important things at hand. not impressed with how much strength and stability i have lost, but all i can do at the moment is put the slide to a halt. the regaining process won’t happen until after my lineup of commitments are complete because i have learned to focus on one thing at time. next up, us world open competition
