day 365 – getting work done

making good use of my time and being productive sure makes time go by much quicker. been so fed up of this incompetent computer that can’t support and lags when using any large programs. something needs to be done about this because it totally affects my productivity and efficiency

first anniversary special edition

prepared a little something special as part of tongtongvision reaching a big milestone of its first anniversary. congratulations on making through the first year, it wasn’t easy but it’s definitely worth it. clips throughout my 2014 nationals adventure to toronto and new york. a trip filled with everything you can imagine from good times, crazy times, stressful times, exhausting times, all combined but nonetheless endless team bonding memories. hope to go more places with this gang and create more of these memories in the future, don’t let it stop. this is just the beginning that could possibly lead to something much bigger and better

day 363 – drawing things

less than an hour before midnight and my deadline is coming up tomorrow but i have yet to start on my graphics and had zero inspirations to get it started. naturally i started getting side tracked and started sketching random things that came to mind which was my recent obsession with barbells

day 362 – picking up where i left off

i have not set foot near the squat rack ever since my knee exploded. for the first time in nine weeks, i had the courage to step up to it again, but this time not having an expectations. to my astonishment, i was able to lift the same weight i had just prior to the injury. even though it’s not much and there’s so much to improve upon, it meant the world to me. it made my day and i can say i am truly satisfied. now i will work even harder to build up that weight

day 361 – just rolling

my right knee has been clicking and uncomfortably pulling which means it’s time to roll out and release all the built up knots and kinks out of my legs. as painful as it will be, it’s necessary to getting all that tightness out and range of motion back. i expected to be badly bruised up after all that rolling but that’s nothing new, not like my leg isn’t already bruised up

day 360 – because food is essential

probably shouldn’t be stuffing my face again, but i am stuffing my face with some taiwanese food and bubble tea. eating is the way to lazy out cause i felt too lazy to drag my butt to catch the fireworks tonight. need to exercise to balance out that intake and output, but it isn’t happening tonight
